This policy explains how we handle personal data on wirefunnels.net and in the Wirefunnels Service.

2. Two distinct roles
- As a user of the Service (you, a Wirefunnels customer): we process your account and billing data to provide the Service. We are the controller of that processing.
- Regarding your pages' leads: Wirefunnels acts as a data processor. The contacts your pages capture are yours; we only host and process them on your instructions.
3. What we process and why
- Account data (name, email) and billing data: to manage your subscription. Billing is processed by Stripe.
- Technical usage data: to maintain and improve the Service.
- Lead data your pages capture: under your responsibility as the end customer.
4. Legal basis
Performance of the contract (providing the Service), consent (where applicable, e.g. cookies) and legitimate interest (security and improvement).
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and for the applicable legal periods. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, keeping only a minimal pseudonymized record required by law and abuse prevention.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@wirefunnels.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
